The rules of the road.
Plain-English working draft of how buying yearbooks from Schoolbound works. The legal-reviewed final document lands before public launch.
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise. They are based on the spec you give us — significant changes to page count, quantity or finish may need a re-quote.
Files & artwork
You retain copyright in everything you supply. We keep a working copy on file to produce your order, and (with your permission) for reorders.
Proofs & approval
Every order gets a digital proof before printing. Once you approve, we go to press — changes after that point may mean a reprint at cost. The proofing stage is exactly there to catch issues; take your time, get a couple of pairs of eyes on it.
Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Schools paying on a purchase order can request invoiced terms — typically 30 days from delivery. UK printed yearbooks are typically zero-rated for VAT.
Delivery & risk
Risk passes on delivery to the school address you provide. We’ll provide a tracking reference. If something arrives damaged, photograph it and let us know within 14 days.
If something goes wrong
If a book is misprinted, mis-bound or otherwise defective, we reprint it at our cost. If we miss an agreed delivery date through our fault, we’ll discuss what makes it right. We’re a small team that takes our work personally — talk to us before assuming the worst.
