Paperback, hardback, or premium thread-sewn hardback. We'll talk you through the trade-offs on price, durability and feel — and send a sample pack if you'd like to handle them in person.
Prepare your content
Class photos, pupil profiles, teacher messages, awards, trips, autograph pages — your school knows what makes the year special. Our Yearbook Ideas page is full of starting points if you want inspiration.
Send your files
Print-ready PDFs (interior + cover) is the easiest path — upload them when you're ready. If you don't have a print-ready PDF, ask us about typesetting and we'll quote a fair fixed price for laying it out.
Approve a digital proof
We email a proof of the full book, every page. Take your time, share it round the team, and approve when you're happy. Nothing goes to print until you say yes.
Printed in-house
Every book is printed, bound and finished by us in the UK. Paperbacks take 7–10 working days, hardbacks 10–14, thread-sewn hardbacks 14–18 — we'll confirm the exact target with your order.
Delivered to school
Books arrive packed and labelled, ready for pupils, parents or your leavers' event. UK delivery is included on standard order quantities; smaller orders carry a clear flat charge that's shown at quote time.
